The buttons at the
bottom of each form and page are standard throughout the system. In the
following picture you can see these buttons and below you can learn how to use
them.
- The Search button
is used to inquire about a certain record. Clicking this button retrieves
the data you have requested.
- The Save button is used to save the data you entered for
a certain record or a certain field.
- The Add button is used to add new records. To create a
new entry in a particular block, place your cursor in the desired block and
click New. Clicking this buttons would open a new form for adding new
records.
- The Delete button
is used to delete a certain record.
- The Print button
allows you to print the report for the
current page;
§ The Calendar button
allows you to select a specific date.
§ The Export button
allows you to import the displayed data on an excel sheet grid.
