All the forms and pages within ESKA Sales have main features that enable you to access, set or type data.

• All fields coloured in pink represent mandatory fields; you need to insert data in these fields so that their functions can operate successfully. 
•  All fields coloured in yellow represent automatically retrieved or generated data by the system once a particular data is recorded.
•   Radio Buttons are used to select between a number of options.  You can only select one option at a time. For example, if you click on "Not Fixed", the radio button will be selected, and then if you click on, say the "Fixed" radio button, the "Not Fixed" option will be de-selected and the Female will be selected instead.
•  Checkboxes are used to select a number of options by clicking the required option’s checkbox. Checking in the checkbox means selecting the related option, while checking out the checkbox means de-selecting it.
• Pull-Down Lists are used to display various options to select from. Clicking the search would open the list with all the options available for selection.

 Page Numbers are provided at the footer of the records list when the number of records exceeds the capacity of one page. Enter the number of a page in the empty space and click  to move to the required page.

§  Previous/ Next are used to go between the results pages;

§   This is used to select the number of desired records to be displayed in one page;
