Through the Agents Customers page you can link specifically selected agent customers to predefined customers within the system. Agent customers can be defined in the Customer Roles page.

 

To link agents to customers, you need to go through the following:

 

§  The Company name will be displayed in the read-only field;

§  If you wish to search for agents of a certain customer, enter the Customer name, then click . Accordingly, the agents for that specified customer are listed in the Agents block;

§  Enter the name of the Agent fully or partially then click  to view results;

§  Select the agent from the Agents block. Note that your can only select one agent at a time;

§  Enter the Customer name, then click  to view results;

§  Select the customer/s from the Customer block. You can choose more than one customer;

§  Click  to link the selected agent and customer/s together.

 

To delete the link formed between an agent and a customer, select the formed link in the Agent Customers block then click .
