Through the Aging sub-module you are able to inquire about due invoices for certain customers according to their historical order and time urgency.

 

Moreover, using the Aging sub-module, you are able to Change Aging Periods according to your convenience. You can also obtain a Statement of Accounts for the required supplier/ customer and view the customer invoices.

 

To inquire about the aging cash balances of a certain customer, you need to go through the following:

 

§  Select the Branch name from a list of pre-defined company branches;

§  Enter the Cut-off Date up to which you want the system to calculate the aging balances;

§  Select the Balance Type you want to inquire about (Payable or Receivable);

§  Select the Main Account from the dropdown list;

§  Enter the Customer for whom you want to retrieve the aging balance;

§  Select the Account Number you want to inquire about;

§  Select the Customer Type you want to inquire about (Direct or Agent Customer);

§  Enter the Balance Range. Accordingly, the system will retrieve results within the entered range;

§  Select whether the Aging is Based on theDue Date’ or the ‘Transaction Date’;

§  Select the Preferred Currency;

§  If ESKA® Business Manager was integrated with ESKA® Insures and you want to retrieve transactions of a certain line of business, then you need to check-in the LoB checkbox and specify the insurance system you want to retrieve the transactions from (Medical or General)

§  Use the given checkbox if you want to include Zero Balances in the retrieved Aging Balances. If you un-check this box, all accounts with zero balances will be excluded;

§  ClickAgingBalance. Accordingly, the system will calculate the Aging Balance for each aging period up to the specified cut-off date;

§  Click CustomerOpenInvoices to view all the open invoices and their due amounts for the selected customer;

§  Click SOA.jpg to view the Statement of Account for the selected customer;

§  Click ChangeAgingPeriods to change the aging period;

§  Click AgingChart.jpg to view a graphical representation of the aging chart.
