Through
the Generic Reports Print page you can generate a generic report and
print out the results. To do so, you need to go through the following steps:
§ Select the Report Name you want to generate. You can select from a list of reports that were previously defined through the Generic Reports Setup page;
§ Select the Range of Dates you want to inquire about;
§ Check-in the Show Previous Year checkbox to view the previous year results;
§ Select the company Branch and Cost Centre you want to inquire about;
§ Enter the indentation Level. Levels were predefined in the Generic Reports Setup page;
§ Click to execute your query;
§ Click to open the Report
Options pop-up where you can set the language
and format of the report to be printed.
