The Agent Receipts page’s main functionality is identical to the Receipts page. However, through this page you can record agent receipt transactions for previously created agent invoices.
To do so you need to go through the same
steps explained in
the Receipts page. However,
note that there is one additional variation where you need to enter the Agent
Account Number. Accordingly, upon closing the Debit Note, a list of all the
due invoices for all subsidiary customers linked to the selected agent will be
displayed, showing the customer name, total amount, due amount and paid
amount. You can change the paid amount
for any specific reason. Note that the paid amount cannot be greater than the
due amount.
