Through the Receipt Query page you
can view the summaries of customer receipts and the receipt details including
the payment methods within the same receipt.
Using the selecting criteria at the top of
the page, select the Branch, Receipt Type, Cashier, Customer
and/or Account number then enter the range of Dates within which
the receipts you want to retrieve were recorded. Accordingly, the system will list all
receipts that match your selecting criteria. Click on the receipt you want, from the Receipts
block, to view its debit and credit entries in the lower two blocks.
If you
wish to modify any of the receipts, select the intended receipt and then click . This button will
redirect you to the Receipts page where you can apply and save your
modifications.
