Through
the Budgets page you are able to build budgets to maintain cash flow of
the business. To do so you need to add the budget, and then you can build
the actual budget.
To view
previously defined budgets in the system, select the Budget Year then
click . Accordingly, the system will
display all the existing budgets defined for the selected budget year. If you
wish to edit any, click on the budget year in the Budget Main Account
Balances, then proceed with making the required changes. In edit mode, you can also change the status of the budget; either
approved or un-approved.
You can also view the budget details of a
previously generated budget. To do so, you need to inquire about the needed
budget and then click. Accordingly, the system will only retrieve accounts with the
assigned budget values in the Budget Details block.
Note: You
can edit or delete un-approved budgets only. Once the budget is approved, you
will not be able to delete or make any adjustments to the budget or its
details. Note that only one budget can be approved and active per year. Accordingly
the remaining budgets within the same year will be automatically set by the
system as not approved.
