Using
the collection page the insurance company can collect the debit note amounts
from the customers themselves or through a representative agent;
You can
search for previously added collections using the search engine, to do so you
need to perform the following steps:
- Select the Type (Customer, Agent or Policy)
by selecting the related radio button;
§ Customer: the
system will retrieve all the Debit Notes and Credit Notes for the selected
customer
§ Agent: the
system will retrieve all the debit notes and credit notes for the agent as an
agent and as a customer;
§ Policy: the
system will retrieve all the Credit Notes and Debit Notes with the same policy
number;
Note
that the system will retrieve the type with the following rules:
§ Debit Note due amount must be greater than Zero;
§ The Credit Note due amount must be greater than
zero, the due date should be equal or less than the current date and its status
to be posted;

Check the checkboxes you want to view their Information:
§ Check in the Include JV’s checkbox if you
want the system to retrieve all the related Journal Vouchers for the selected
Customer, Agent and Policy;
§ Check in the Include Payments checkbox if
you want the system to retrieve all the related payments for the selected
Customer, Agent and Policy;
§ Check in the Include Receipts if you want
the system to retrieve all the related Receipts for the selected Customer,
Agent and Policy;
- Select the Customer\ Agent (depending
on the selected radio button)

Select the
Cost Center from the predefined suggestion box;

Select the
Branch from the predefined suggestion box;

Select the
Activity from the predefined suggestion box;

Select the
Department from the predefined suggestion box;

Select the
Range of dates (From date\ To date) and select the According To(Due
Date, Journal Date, Start Date)

Select the
Currency;
-
Enter the Reference
number;
-
Click on ;
Accordingly
the matching results will be listed in the Collection Details block;
