Customer/ Supplier Types

Through the Customer/ Supplier Types page you can define new customer/ supplier types. Moreover, you can edit and view previously defined customer/supplier types. Customer types are needed so that every customer will be given a certain account creation type (Auto or Fixed) to specify the means of creating the customer account within the Chart of Accounts of the company.

To view the customer/supplier types already defined in the system, search for the types according to your selection criteria and all the existing types matching your submitted criteria will be displayed. If you wish to edit any, click on the name of the customer type and the Customers Types Entry block will appear, then proceed with making the required changes by following the steps explained in Adding New Customer/ Supplier Types.
