After designing a form, you must locate the label placement Type by performing the following steps:

-       Click on  available next to each form in the list, and accordingly the below page will be displayed:

 

 

 

-       From the right menu choose the form name that is located above the design button

-       Accordingly the below page will be displayed, choose Label Placement Type from the drop down list.

 

 

-  is used to go back to the design mode.

- is used to generate form for designers to view.
