Through the Posting Transactions page you are able to inquire about specific transactions and view their details such as the approval status and the new book value of each asset. Also, you can post the transactions so that the accounts will be affected.

 

To post transactions you need to go through the following steps:

 

§  Retrieve the required transactions using the Transactions Posting Search criteria at the top of the page. To do so, perform the following steps:

-       Select the Branch needed;

-       If you want to inquire about a specific transaction, enter its Transaction Number;

-       Select the Status of the assets you want to inquire about;

-       Select the range of transaction Dates;

-       Select the Transaction Type (Purchase, Enhancement, Transfer, Inter-Branch Transfer, Write-Off, Offer, Sale, Donation, Depreciation, or Reclassification);

-       Click Search to view results.

§  In the Transactions List block, click on the needed Transaction record to view the transaction details;

§  To post a Transaction, check-in the checkbox next to the Transaction Number located in the Transactions List block and then click Post.jpg. You can select more than one Transaction. As soon as transactions are posted, they will take effect in the General Ledger module. You are not able to make any adjustments to any posted transaction.
